Fees: for Groups Fees for Groups

Educational Groups (minimum 7)
April thru October: Inquire with reception
November thru March: $105/person/night (reduced to $100/person/night with a minimum stay of 6 nights)

Fees include accommodations, three meals per day, and use of lab and equipment, lecture and library facilities. One educatonal group leader will be admitted free of charge for every 10 fee-paying participants. We request one adult leader for every six students.

Staff Lectures/Field Trip Organization
$135 per lecture or lab, $163 per half day field assistance.
First-time groups may receive planning help from the Education Office and a lecture from a BIOS staff member at no charge.

Please Note: Some field trips may require staff assistance.

Nonsuch Island Preservation Fee
$55 per group visit. Fees are used for the preservation of the island habitats.

Deposits Groups
$200 per person (four months in advance; final payment due one month in advance). Reservations will be confirmed only after booking deposit is received

Cancellation Charges Groups
Groups must cancel at least four months prior to arrival to avoid forfeiture of deposit.
